Who We Are
EHS Compliance, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. The purpose of this non-
profit corporation is to provide education and safety compliance solutions to other non-
profit corporations and small businesses regarding the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration Act (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Air Quality
Management District (AQMD), other federal, state, and local laws and regulations
pertaining to the environment and worker health and safety.
Why?
“Nearly every working man and woman in the nation comes under OSHA's jurisdiction
(with some exceptions such as miners, transportation workers, many public employees,
and the self-employed). Other users and recipients of OSHA services include:
occupational safety and health professionals, the academic community, lawyers,
journalists, and personnel of other government entities.” – www.osha.gov
Our mission is to help non-profit and small businesses meet OSHA, EPA, AQMD, State
and Local regulations. We offer compliance solutions to these businesses.
